Down in Manitou Springs, a small town at the foot of Pikes Peak, there is an incoming exchange student named Guilia Vidossi who wants to experience new things while in America. She is coming from Venice, Italy and can’t wait for her year here.

Vidossi has enjoyed America so far, especially the food. She is trying new food items every day. “Pancakes, french toast, cinnamon rolls, and junk food overall has been the best part,” Vidossi said. Even as she is discovering new foods, she’s enjoying her passion for volleyball while in America too. “I love playing volleyball and playing as an outside hitter. I’ve been playing middle hitter during the season though,” Vidossi said. Other than volleyball, Guilia has a dream to visit the North Pole. “My dream is to see the Aurora Borealia,” Vidossi said.
