Finals Week Tips

This week at Manitou is possibly the most stressful and mind numbing week all year. It’s finals week, and kids are staying up late cramming in time to study and finish late work. For some, their upcoming grade could either be what saves their grade or obliterates it. It is important however to not panic and come up with a good plan for finals week.
Be sure to spread out your study time across a period of time so that you will only have to do a little amount of studying and homework a night. It’s not helpful to leave all of your work and study time until the night before finals.
Also be sure to never go to school and take your finals on an empty stomach. It’s important to eat and drink throughout the day so you aren’t dragging along. A school day without food is hugely different and far more difficult than a school day with food.
