Benjamin Mack, biology teacher, begins an AP Biology lab by giving the class instructions on the lab. In this lab, the AP Biology class put jellyfish DNA into bacteria with the hopes that the bacteria will express the gene and glow. “It's always fun to be able to get up, work with your hands a little bit and have hands on stuff, problem solve through things and see the application or actually apply what you know,” Mack said.
