Last week was spirit week. Each day students wore different types of clothing to show school spirit leading up to Friday when the girls volleyball team left in the afternoon to their state tournament.

Each day was a different theme: on Monday, students wore tye dye clothing; on Tuesday, students wore Nike brand clothing; on Wednesday the students wore jerseys to represent their favorite teams; on Thursday students wore pink clothing; finally on Friday, the students wore green and gold clothing to represent tschool colors.

Student Council teamed up with the Key Club and held a fundraiser during spirit week in order to raise money for student council by making and selling tye dye shirts to sell to the students. Mr. Mccune, the teacher in charge of Key Club, used the money raised from the fundraiser for Key Club.

Both clubs have been successful at their goals of raising money and it will definitely help benefit Student Council and Key Club.
