Duane Roberson[/caption]

Duane Roberson has been a newspaper and yearbook advisor for more than 16 years. He advised the students publications at Sierra High School until 2011 when he came to Manitou. He began advising the Prospector and Warhorse last year. Teaching students the value of free speech as well as community service through journalism are his two main objectives. He loves being at Manitou because he has been able to help student explore journalism in a setting of multi media.
