The volleyball team had a rough end to the season going 1-2 in their last week of play. They started the week at home losing to Florence on Monday, Oct. 28 but picked up a win against Thomas Maclaren on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Then on Saturday, Nov. 2, they traveled to La Junta and lost their final game of the season. The Mustangs finished the season 3-20 overall and 2-10 in league play.

Manitou Springs Boys Soccer looked to make a run in the playoffs after an amazing regular season but got beat at home in the first round on Thursday, Oct. 31. DSST: College View moves on to play at Peak to Peak in the next round. The Mustangs still had a season to be proud of going 10-4-2 overall and 2-1 in league play.
Cross Country:
State Championships
Both boys and girls competed at the CHSAA 3A Cross Country Championships. The boy’s team placed 12th overall with an average time of 18:04. Yonas Hanson, Evan Fugate, and Ethan Traenkle placed in the top 80. The girl’s team placed second and was the runner-up. They finished with an average time of 19:54, Keyaira Moore, Chloe Bresnahan, and Elisa Karr placed in the top 10. The cross-country team had a very successful season winning a Tri-Peaks League and Regional Championship title.
