Gabby Santos, physical education teacher and coach of Girls Basketball and Girls Volleyball teams at MSHS recounts fun high school memories and gives advice to future and current students in this Teacher Throwback! Santos graduated from MSHS in 2013 and was excited to rejoin her community when she started teaching two years ago.

Naomi Porter, Engagement Manager
Naomi Porter is currently a junior at Manitou Springs High School. She enjoys reading, driving with the windows down and riding her bike. Along with being on the Prospector staff, Porter is on the yearbook staff, participates in races with the Manitou Mountain Monsters and swims for the MSHS team. She has an Australian Shepard named Luna and two younger siblings. Porter really dislikes being late and unprotected left turns. She hopes to bring more interest to the things that she cares about through her writing for The Prospector.
Kaleb Cervantes, Multimedia Editor
Kaleb Cervantes is a junior at Manitou Springs High School. In his free time Cervantes enjoys playing instruments like the drums and the guitar. He also loves photography and art. He is eager to graduate and go pursue journalism in college, using this year as a stepping stone towards that career path. Cervantes dislikes mushrooms with a passion. Cervantes is excited to continue to gain experience in journalism as an editor this year.
