Mackenna Yount, Prospector Editor-in-Chief
When Mackenna Yount (12) first joined Journalism, she was Copy Editor of the Yearbook because she wanted to fix the tiny mistakes that annoyed her to no end. Now, as Editor-in-Cheif of the Prospector, Yount gets to edit all the stories published to the website to satisfy her fussy annoyances. Yount loves telling and hearing bad jokes, reading, baking gluten free cupcakes and hammocking in her free time. Her favorite place in the world is anywhere with a beach. After high school, Yount wants to pursue Food Science so that food can still be relatively healthy and cheap while still tasting like the good ol’ stuff that junk food is.
