Mariam Gachechiladze is a senior foreign exchange student from Georgia at Manitou Springs High School (MSHS). She is proud to be in the journalism department due to her enjoyment of reading and writing. She also very much enjoys traveling and is, in fact, planning on getting into track before she leaves the United States. “One of my main goals was to pursue a sport before I leave the beautiful country,” Gachechiladze said. Gachechiladze is also determined to almost always step out of her comfort zone and believes that she is capable of making memories with anyone anywhere and finds joy in making the most of her time with friends and family in both America and Georgia when she has the chance.
