Kaitlyn Cashdollar
Kaitlyn Cashdollar, a 15 year old sophmore attending Manitou Springs High School, is a young woman with many talents and aspirations. Attending manitou since 3rd grade, after living throughout the the country including North Carolina, Virginia, and Alabama, Miss Cashdollar has been involved in many school activities. She has been swimming for the school since the 3rd grade, and in the Colorado Torpedoes swim club for the same amount of time. Even though she started competitively the year prior. She started Mass Media the second semester her freshman year after an amusing conversation with the counselors apparently. She wanted to do Mass Media because she enjoys writing. To help further her career as a writer she got an internship at The Pikes Peak Bulletin, a local newspaper, over the summer. She also enjoys reading with some of her favorites being "We Were Liars" and "Looking for Alaska". "I probably have over 300 books, with some having been passed down to siblings" she said during the interview. She has 1 brother and 3 stepsisters with whom to share her literary plethora. To add on to her large family she also owns 4 pets. 1 cat and the rest being dogs. With the hopes of attending college in New York and then living in New York City or London as an editor or publicist for a newspaper, Miss Kaitlyn Cashdollar is certainly a talented young woman who has a place in life after high school.
