As students realized that Halloween fell on a a school day, planning and preparation ensued. “I’ve been talking about it for months,” said Zoe Schnurman (11), a Halloween enthusiast. With visions of elaborate costumes and gory makeup, Schnurman and others got to work on their costumes. On Oct. 31st, the halls of Manitou Springs High School were filled students and teachers dressed in in all sorts of outfits, from funny costumes to those of a darker nature.
